Fireball

Axiom Fireball Flight Chart

The Axiom Fireball is a flat-topped, overstable control driver built for placement and wind. With flight numbers 9 | 3.5 | 0 | 3.5, it pushes forward without turn and then dumps on command—perfect for reliable fades, spikes, and skip shots. Common plastics include Neutron, Proton, Plasma, Fission, and occasional Eclipse glow runs.

Newer Arms: Consistent Hyzer & Wind Help

If you’re still developing speed, expect straight-to-hyzer lines that finish hard (RHBH). The Fireball’s stability keeps nose-up throws from drifting, making it a safe choice in headwinds and for bailout hyzers.

Flight Notes for Intermediate Players

On a flat release you’ll see a brief forward push, then a decisive fade. Start it with a touch of anhyzer for controlled flex shots, or hyzer for tight, skip-into-the-pin approaches. Predictable flight path means repeatable landing zones.

Advanced / Pro Shot Shaping

Torque resistance lets you power forehand or backhand without fear of high-speed turn. Use it for spike hyzers, low ceiling skips, forced-fade fairway shots, and stand-still control in woods or wind.

Forehand Control & Utility Lines

The shallow, flat profile is forehand-friendly. Expect laser-stable flicks with a late, authoritative finish—great for FH approaches, get-out thumbers/tomers, and flex lines that must come back.

Puttheads Notes

Data-backed beef. Compared to the Motion, the Fireball carries a hair farther before the dump—money for skip-hyzers and controlled flexes. Fission can feel a touch quicker; Eclipse is a night-golf staple.
