MD1

Discmania MD1 Flight Chart

The Discmania MD1 is a laser-straight midrange with flight numbers 5 | 6 | 0 | 0. Designed to hold the angle you put it on, the MD1 pairs exceptional glide with neutral stability for point-and-shoot control on tight fairways. Available primarily in premium C-Line (durable, clean release) and S-Line (grippier, slightly floatier), with occasional special blends.

Beginner Control and Confidence

For newer players, the MD1 flies straight at low–moderate power with very little lateral movement. It’s a great form teacher: smooth releases go far and finish flat without surprise fade.

Flight Chart for Intermediate Arms

Intermediates can rely on effortless hyzer-flips to flat and long, neutral pushes. The MD1 threads tunnels, rides gentle anhyzers, and lands softly thanks to its high glide and zero fade rating.

Advanced Line Shaping and Numbers in Play

Experienced throwers use the MD1 as a true “throw what you want” mid. It mirrors your release—pure hyzers, dead-flat lasers, and pan-anny lines—while resisting unwanted fade at the end.

Forehand Touch and Utility

Though neutral, the MD1 is forehand-friendly for touch flicks. Keep the release clean and nose-down and it’ll carry straight or hold slight turnovers without dumping out.
