MVP Orbital Flight Chart
The MVP Orbital is an ultra-understable distance driver designed for effortless hyzer-flips, sweeping turnovers, and touch rollers. Listed flight numbers are 11 | 5 | -4.5 | 1, making it the flippiest mold in MVP’s 21.5 mm distance class. Most runs are in premium Neutron (with occasional glow runs), offering great grip and durability for touchy angle control.
Flight Path for Newer Arms
Expect easy straight-to-right flights (RHBH) from a light hyzer. If you’re working up to higher speeds, the Orbital helps you access “long glide” lines without forcing power—great confidence builder for shaping lines in calm conditions.
Hyzer-Flip & Turnover Tool for Intermediates
Release on modest hyzer to stand up, drift right, and land gently. Perfect for long woodsy turnovers, tailwind bombs, and low-ceiling shots where you need glide instead of fade. Mind your nose angle; small tweaks = big shape changes.
Advanced Lines & Roller Utility
For high-power throwers, the Orbital is a roller machine and late-drift specialist. Use steeper hyzer for air shots or tip it to the right for quick, controllable rollers. It’s also a great “get-out-of-jail” disc for standstill turnovers.
Forehand & Wind Notes
Touch forehands can hyzer-flip to flat and drift on command, but in headwinds the Orbital becomes very flippy—club up to a Wave/Insanity or power down and add more hyzer if you must keep it in the air.

Puttheads Notes
Data-backed flippy driver. Think “faster Impulse” for hyzer-flips and rollers. Pair with a Wave (neutral) and Energy/Photon (OS) for a complete distance spread.
