Gateway Chief OS Flight Chart

The Gateway Chief OS is a beaded, overstable putt & approach disc with manufacturer flight numbers 3 | 3 | 0 | 2. It keeps the Chief’s slim, comfortable profile but adds a thicker bead and torque resistance for confident throws into wind, straight-to-fade approaches, and driving putts. Common plastics include Sure Grip, Pure White, Diamond/Hyper Diamond, and Super Glow variants.

At-a-Glance Flight & Role

Low-speed putter stability with dependable fade. Point it at your landing zone, throw it flat, and expect a straight push that finishes on time. Perfect as the “don’t-turn” putter in your lineup.

Beginner-Friendly Uses

Newer players will see the Chief OS fly straight for a moment and then fade predictably. Great for learning controlled approaches that land near the target without drifting right (RHBH).

Intermediate Control: Approach & Driving Putter

From a flat release, expect a neutral start and strong finish. Add a touch of anhyzer to shape gentle flex lines; on hyzer it holds the angle and sits reliably. Excellent into headwinds.

Advanced & Forehand Lines

Handles torque for both BH and FH. Short forehands come out clean from the slim profile; the bead helps it fight out late without dumping hard. Trust it for 200–275 ft placement shots.
